On Thursday, October 17, a 15-member delegation from Vietnam led by Mr. Tran Sy Thanh, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee, visited SHI. The purpose of the visit was to deepen the delegation's understanding of initiatives related to ME-BYO and health care, one of the pillars of the prefecture's policy.

  First, Professor Dr. Ryo Watanabe introduced the Graduate School of Health Innovation, and Junior Associate Professor Dr. Yu Kubota presented his research on ME-BYO and oral health. In addition, three international students from Vietnam studying public health spoke about their studies at SHI.
